Our team

IPS president is Guillaume Huni, a ½ French and ½ Filipino entrepreneur living in Belgrade, Serbia since 2004. Guillaume’s career has brought him to sell property, and run regional offices for multinational property developers in 5 different countries to clients from all nationalities. Clients of IPS will benefit from Guillaume’s vast local network in the Serbian property market and can be sure that they will receive a personalized and tailor fitted service.
