Do you want a property with rental potential? Would a good rental yield make the decision to buy easier, or the payments more affordable? Are you looking for a developer who requires only a small initial payment?

How long do you want to wait before your property is ready? Would you actually prefer a key-ready, fully furnished home that you rent out ASAP? Is on-site management important to you?

When you see a good deal, go for it
